I've watched American Idol for all 7 seasons and none of them have been as fun as watching this one. Every contestant is unique or just plain wierd. And Nat, I have to say I was sad when little Danny Noriega, you know the cute little red tomato guy was cut. I almost cried. I think it is the mother instinct in me. I hate to see these young kids lose. And as for Kristy Lee Cook, get her off the show. I mean who thinks she can sing? Sanjaya?
Last week was awesome, even David A's weird song. Never heard it, but I really liked it.
And David Cook rocked. I mean wow! And tattoo girl is not my favorite, not bad but not great.
Dread boy, I just want to wash his hair. Ramiele, does she have any other notes besides low ones. And Sayesha.....what are people thinking, that girl can sing. Well anyway, there is DeAnn's complete critique of the whole thing.
On the nicer side, David Archuleta is my fave along with Brooke white, I admit they have both had their bad songs, but on the whole they have always come back and did pretty well. I want David to win. Everytime he sings I think I am nervous as he is. And when he does bad I feel bad. So anyway I can't wait until tuesday. It is the highlight of my life. I probably should get a life huh?

What a day!
I think this house is jinxed! Seriously, I cleaned the wood stove this morning, put the ashes and the soot in a bucket. Turned on the vacuum and blew all the soot out of the bucket with the back end of the vacuum. I was so %^&*****! Anyway, after cleaning that mess up, floor wall, rugs, mop boards, tile, stove (again) I came upstairs and dumped water all over. I took the ashes outside and dumped them out, only to have them all come back in my face. Just as I had finished, the doorbell rings. THE SCHWANS MAN! I yell at Crystal and Rachel to go to the door. I am in a pink robe with a whole lot of black on it. (No BRA) I was not going to the door. Crystal bought us fat free, two for one point fudgesicles. I was so excited that just as the schwans man leaves I open one up and stick it in my mouth, only to get my lip stuck to it. HELP!!!! My baby girls just sits there and laughs. I get unstuck and Crystal decides to have one. She stuck her (WHOLE tongue on it) It is instantly frozen to that wonderful chocolate confection. She couldn't get her tongue off and is screaming for help. She runs to the sink and pours two glasses of water over her tongue and the ice cream. Nothing.................. I go to the sink and tell her to put her tongue under the faucet with the ice cream and it finally comes loose..with hardly any ice cream left on the stick. Her tongue was so red!!!!! Funniest thing I have ever seen. I hope tomorrow is a little kinder to me!
